Recently, we deployed a full scale online skills assessment site for L.A. CAD (based in Southern California) called "Knowledge Trax". This revolutionary tool will allow companies to determine gaps in their employees' knowledge and design a personalized training program to address these gaps. Our comprehensive project management, robust processes and strong delivery methodology contributed to the success of this project.
